Onana and Keane Destroy The Burnley Team

Everton defeat Burnley at their own ground after goals from Amadou Onana and Michael Keane are enough to claim three points for the Toffees!

Onana and former Burnley defender Keane were on target in the opening 25 minutes at Turf Moor. The Toffees move seven points clear of the relegation zone. It's the opposite for Burnley, though, as they remain six points from safety.

Everton turn their attention to the Caraboa Cup quarter-finals in midweek when they host Fulham at Goodison Park, as they are hoping to get a spot in the semi-final, and a possible push to win the cup is getting closer for the Blues.

With three of the back four for Everton being replaced from last time out vs. Chelsea, where they won 2-0, it was unsure whether this game plan would work out. Surprisingly, it did.

Everton have now won four in a row and haven't conceded any goals in them either. The last time a form like this occurred for the Blues was when David Moyes was manager, around 20 years ago!

For Burnley, they turn their focus to Fulham at home next Saturday. Again, another tough game for the Clarets, where they are again underdogs.

Thank You!
