Everton’s Final Game of The Season

Everton travel to London to face Arsenal in the final game of the Premier League season.

Everton are already safe from relegation after an incredible run of form towards the end of the season, but this game for Arsenal is of massive importance.

Title Race:

1 Manchester City 88

2 Arsenal 86

There are multiple different scenarios that could occur today, with all the action unfolding at 4 p.m. If Manchester City win, they win the league. If City draw, Arsenal needs to win by goal difference. It is going to be extremely tight, with Arsenal having a better goal difference than Manchester City by 1.

In Sean Dyche’s press conference for the fixture, he confirmed that both Andre Gomes and Jack Harrison, who are leaving at the end of the season, will both miss the game due to injury. As well, he has stressed that he doesn’t care about the title race but instead has to completely focus on mentality and winning the game.

On the other hand, ex-Everton player and now Arsenal manager Mikel Arteta has spoken in his press conference about the threat of Everton, classing them as “tough opponents." He also said this is “one of the biggest weeks.”
